Heated Private Saltwater Pool with in-ground Hot Tub and screened-in pool cage. 3 Miles to Vanderbilt Beach (10 mins), minutes from shopping and restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen. Private Outdoor Shower Area. 12 bicycles with helmets to ride in quiet neighborhood nestled behind Colliers Nature Reserve. Beach Gear: 10 Tommy Bahama chairs, beach cart, Beach Cooler, 2 umbrellas, canopy tent, 2 boogie boards and more. Two outdoor dining areas, 4 indoor dining options. BBQ Grill with two tanks of propane included.

2400 Sq. ft. 4 bedroom with 2 full and 1 half bath. Heated pool with in-ground spa. Fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. All bedroom beds are equipped with new Tuft & Needle mattresses. Beachy modern design and feel. Comes with all the beach gear you would need for a great stay. There are 13 bicycles with helmets available to choose from for adults and children.

Summary: Property was in a nice neighborhood on a road with no outlet which was very nice and quiet. Really enjoyed the chairs, cooler, bean bags and umbrellas for the beach and the bikes available for us to use. Pool and hot tub were nice and also the pool toys and inflatables. Lots of seating inside and out for our group was good. Felt that the floors and furniture, could have been cleaner, along with windows and corners around house where there were spider webs. Not good brooms to clean up with and ran out of paper towels, garbage bags and propane. Overall property was good, it just wasn't as nice as the pictures online looked.
