Summary: Loved the house. Very spacious and in a great location to attractions. Saw some deer the evening we checked in. No a/c in upstairs floor; however there is a/c on main level and basement. We kept windows and blinds shut during the day and opened them at night and turned on the attic fan to cool the upstairs in the evening. Enjoyed using the bbq and grilling out. It was home away from home for 4 days while visiting Colorado Springs. I would suggest a visitors book about the house and include common questions for guests as I had to exchange quite a few messages with the property manager, who was super responsive. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.
