The lounge is large and flows out on to a deck with seating and plenty of sun, mountain and lake views.
There are 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have King beds, the last bedroom has 2 King single beds. Each bed has a gorgeous solid oak bed frame, duck down + goose down duvets for summer and winter, premium linen, and Serenity mattresses (with Active Sense pocket springs to minimise partner disturbance, and Dreamfoam for unrivalled comfort). Each room has cupboard storage. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The main bathroom has a shower and a bathtub to soak achey muscles in. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating, heated towel rails and wall mounted heaters.
There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The open plan kitchen has a 5 burner gas hob and an oven, a fridge and microwave, toaster and kettle, and pots, pans and utensils.
Heat pump/airconditioner in the lounge for cooling and heating, a gas fireplace, and individual heaters and retro fans in each room.
Please note access is via the entrance staircase.
Guests have the full use of this space including the garage downstairs with internal access to the house.
Guests are also able to access Alpine Resort Wanaka's resort facilities on the same grounds - 2 x spa pools, 2 x swimming pools (heated in summer, can be used as a cold plunge pool in winter), a tennis court (equipment can be borrowed from the resort), gyms with weight machines, free weights and a stationary bike, sauna, pool table, table tennis, table football. Bikes are available to rent from reception.
