This large 3-story home on private road, surrounded by trees and water views, gives you the feeling of being in a treehouse as you watch the birds, squirrels, and other wildlife play in the tops of the trees from the large windows throughout the house. This home is perfect for outdoor activities year round, or for a relaxing stay indoors enjoying the peaceful scenery surrounding you.
Enjoy a peaceful serene "staycation" watching movies by the fireplace, cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, or play outdoors on the lakes (Jenkinson and Tahoe) and trails (miles of trails from the back yard alone, with many more options nearby). You could also take a day trip into South Lake Tahoe or Sacramento, (both less than an hour away), tour the wineries or visit the farms in Apple Hill in Camino (10 mins away), or shop the many locally owned stores on Main Street in Placerville, (15 mins away). The options are endless!
