Come check out the Blue River Valley with the moonlit peaks and unobstructed view of the stars that shine on this 4.5 acre paradise. The home features all NEW top quality Sealy mattresses, NEW bedding, and brand NEW furniture and furnishings throughout. Enjoy coffee on the deck, views from the large windows, and around a hour drive to 5 major ski resorts. Enjoy this incredible mountain getaway!
There are 5 bedrooms with 8 beds:
Master bedroom with a king bed (main floor)
One bedroom with a queen bed and a full bed (upstairs)
One bedroom with 2 full beds (upstairs)
One bedroom with full bunk beds (basement) and a king bed (basement)
The 5th bedroom is converted to a TV lounge room with a couch large enough to sleep on.
There is a full private bathroom attached to the master bedroom, a full bathroom upstairs, a full bathroom in the basement, and a half bath on the main floor.
The house has all new furniture, a Smart TV, cable, internet, a deck/patio area, and there is a fire pit in the yard as well. Fire regulations MUST be followed and use of the fire pit is NOT allowed at dry times.
River Access: Guests are NOT ALLOWED to access the river via the neighborhood access! This is strictly forbidden and enforced. Please ONLY use public access spots along Highway 9.
Pets: Pets are also allowed with a $200 non-refundable deposit and MUST be disclosed PRIOR to booking. Please pick up and dispose of ALL pet waste! Any pet waste not cleaned up will result in an additional $100 clean up fee.
