With designer touches throughout the home, you will find everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. 6 of the bedrooms have king beds, and the 7th bedroom has bunk beds with two twin and two queen beds.

This 3,000 square foot home is on two levels, with two massive decks providing seasonal mountain views. Feel like you’re hanging out in the trees and enjoy the peace of mountain living. Children are welcome, but this home is not child proof.
Main level:

LOCATION:
This home is on the Massanutten resort, and just a couple of minutes to most of the amenities provided by the Massanutten Property Owner’s Association (MPOA).

This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. NOISE
- Quiet Hours are between 10:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M.
- Keep noise indoors during these hours.
- No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
PARKING
- Keep all tires off the road.
- Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
- Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007) Peak Dr Massanutten, VA 22840)
- No buses, campers or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host
