Positive: The house is beautiful, with a modern design, bright and cosy. The outdoor area is very nice for chilling, sunbathing and having meals. The pool is small but good enough for 4 to 5 people. The surrounding area is very green and quiet. The house has bicycles that you can use to drive around, go to the supermarket, the marina or the beach.
Negative: It’s not that close to the beach, if that’s what you’re up for. However the way to the beach is absolutely stunning and you can use the bicycles if you want. Because we were with a small child, it was difficult for us to walk sick a long distance but that’s why we chose a villa with a pool. We ended up staying the majority of the time in the house barbecuing. The only negative point I can note was the owners request to leave all dishes and barbecue clean and take all trash out before checking-out. I think that, considering the price of the property, this should be responsibility of the cleaning crew not of the occupant. In any case, the host was extremely accessible in our communications, and comprehensive with our difficulty in cleaning the barbecue for example.
