Located in Montecito's beach community, walking distance to the Beach (Miramar, Hammonds and Butterfly Beach) and next door to the Rosewood Miramar Resort. Just a two minute walk to the beach and a short drive to Coast Village Road and Upper Village Montecito for all your dining and shopping needs.
