This immaculate 3 bedroom, 2 level, architecturally designed home is approximately 600m from the sand at picturesque Moffat Beach and trendy cafe's.
There is also a fabulous hidden gem of a cafe only 100m away called 'One Block Back' that you will be sure to visit more than once during your stay.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with ensuite and open plan kitchen, dining and living area that opens onto the timber deck where you can sit and enjoy the refreshing sea breezes whilst overlooking the beautifully landscaped gardens.
Downstairs are the other 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry with dryer and rumpus/ tv room for the kids, There is plenty of space to sleep up to 8 people. The bedding configuration is 2 queen beds, 2 king singles and 2 single fold-out beds.
Well ventilated with ceiling fans throughout, high ceilings and air conditioning in main bedroom and living area upstairs.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
Linen
Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $183 p.w. (price includes 2 single folding beds), or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual price review by the linen hire company).
