On the ground floor is a modern fully equipped kitchen and a large open plan living space with dining and living areas opening out to the covered terraces with garden and pool, there is also another double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a further shared shower room. The villa has all modern amenities for your indoor entertainment with flat screen SAT TV, DVD Home Cinema, WiFi plus on the lower ground floor is a games room with pool/billiards and table football and another double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The garden with private pool are sea facing with uninterrupted views, there is a stone built barbecue, furniture for dining al fresco and comfortable sofa's to chill out with friends and family.
