Summary: Situated perfectly for a short stroll to all bars and restaurants and waterpark, it is located perfectly. Pool is nice and safe and terrace catches sun from 10am in the morning (October). We anticipated been in the pool all the time but we were visiting last week in October and to be honest it was too cold and needed to be heated, however the villa is literally a 2 min walk to the beach which you can see from the terrace and the sea water was warm even at this time of year. The beach had lifeguards and was very quiet. Overall we cannot fault the villa or the place. Our advise would be if you plan to go in the October school holidays be aware that most restaurants and shops in the area will be closed or closing so take plenty of food and be prepared to travel to mahon on a evening which is still busy. Other than than that advise this villa is perfect.
