Spacious holiday home on 2 floors in a well-kept, new holiday complex. The complex is located on the south coast of Peñiscola (Costa sur) on the edge of the Sierra Irta nature reserve. The Costa sur is particularly popular for its numerous bathing bays and natural beaches. The center is about 4km (5 minutes by car), the sea and the bathing bays about 1km. The complex includes a large community pool, as well as a smaller one for children (open from June 1st to September 30th), outdoor showers and lawns. The location is a bit higher on the mountain and you can enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and the mountains, as well as the Ermita of Peñíscola, from the balcony and the terrace.
The row house is very spacious and tastefully decorated. Bathroom, kitchen, furniture etc. are new, modern and very well maintained. Air conditioning hot / cold, electr. Roller shutters, TV (flat screen), wifi, hair dryer, iron, dishwasher, washing machine, private parking space at the house.
The approx. 120sqm are divided over 2 floors.
The entrance portal and 2 bedrooms are on the upper floor. One with a double bed and private shower room. As well as a second bedroom with a single bed that can be pulled out as a double bed for 2 people. Both bedrooms have beautiful panoramic windows with a view of the sea and access to the balcony. Electric shutters available. There is also a second separate bathroom with a bathtub on the upper floor.
On the lower floor there is the spacious living / dining room with sofa bed for 2 people. The large dining table can easily accommodate 6 people. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace, which is lovingly designed. From here you also have this beautiful view of the sea and mountains. There is a lounge group and another dining group for up to 6 people. Barbecue is also available.
The fully equipped kitchen borders directly on the living area. There is a glass door between the two rooms that can be closed if the smells of the kitchen bother you. (This is not the case in most other residential units in Spain). The kitchen and all electrical appliances (refrigerator, stove, ceramic hob, extractor hood, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine) are new.
On the lower floor there is also a guest toilet and a patio (courtyard), which can be accessed from the kitchen, with table tennis table for sole use.
The house has air conditioning cold / warm. There is a private parking lot at the house, further free parking spaces also directly at the house. A car should be available. The access is very good. However, there is an approximately 500m long route on the way that is not paved. But easy to drive on. On request, we will be happy to provide you with a cot and high chair. / Pets (housebroken) allowed. / Smoking is allowed, but we would like it if you limited yourself to the terrace and balcony.
