Summary: Nice, very large apartment, very good condition, very clean. Nicely furnished, lots of storage space and space. Kitchen well equipped. The balcony is narrow and is in the shade from late morning. There is a roof terrace (without shade). The apartment is further down and has shutters. That's why you can keep the apartment quite cool, even without A/C. Many windows have mosquito nets so that you can ventilate safely. The mattresses are very hard. The apartment is noisy: If there are guests upstairs, you can hear every step, especially if small children use the large apartment as a race track. The pump for the water and the water heater are loud. The large bedrooms have a window only into the light well. The view of the landscape and the sea is magnificent. The environment is quiet (small village). You can easily park the car in front of the house. You can walk to the beach in about 15-20 minutes (120 meters in altitude!) or by car.
