Description apartment:
Holiday apartment La Mairie is an attractive apartment in a quiet location in a beautiful area near a bay with a sandy beach on the Oosterschelde. This holiday apartment offers you all the luxury and comfort. It has a sauna, whirlpool, two bedrooms and two bathroom. A place where you can enjoy, eat, play, relax and unwind as a couple or with friends or your family.
These luxurious 4-person apartments are located in a beautiful, new apartment building with 9 apartments. The apartments are located on the ground floor (with garden), 1st and 2nd floor (with balcony)
They are fully equipped with 2 bedrooms, a spacious Finnish sauna and 2 luxurious bathrooms. The apartments are not all furnished in the same way, but they are all modern and of the same quality. It goes without saying that you have free WiFi available.
The living room is attractively and comfortably furnished with a sitting and dining area, HD flat screen TV and radio / CD player. The open kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a toilet in the utility room.
There are two bedrooms with two single box-spring beds (90x210cm) and HD TV in both rooms.
The first luxurious bathroom has a walk-in shower, hair dryer, sink, toilet, Finnish sauna and whirlpool (no hot tub). The second bathroom has a shower, hair dryer, sink and toilet.
Garden / Balcony: The apartments on the ground floor have a garden. Apartments on the upper floors have a spacious balcony.

All apartments are equipped with a lockable storage shed. Access house by means of key card; Beds made up as standard; CV (underfloor heating both upstairs and downstairs); Child resistant sockets; Storage room with vacuum cleaner, brooms, dustpan and dustpan.
The beach is close by. You can walk up the dike and be at the water of the Oosterschelde in five minutes. The cozy center of Colijnsplaat is less than a ten-minute walk away, here are several good restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket. Larger places such as Goes, Middelburg and Zierikzee can be reached quickly by car. If you like sailing, you can do so from the marina of Colijnsplaat, if you would like to play golf, you can do so in Goes and Bruinisse and if you especially want to rest, you can stay in the vicinity of your apartment. The Northsea beach can be reached in aprox. 15 minutes by car.
