This Modern 2 storeies,3 bedrooms , 2 bathroom house /villa suits all sorts of holiday or work occasions. All bedrooms has built in robe . It is located between airport and the seaside. Bus stop and train station just on door step. By car,15 mins to the airport and 5 mins to the beach and lake. Golf course just on the corner and westlake shopping centre just a few minutes away. Central heating and cooling provides all year comfort. Secure front gate locked up garage insure you stay safety
Guests have entire house and front yard for themselves. All bedding, bath towels, shampoo, body wash , washing liquid are provided.

Houses around this area are mostly new and modern. It's very residential and easy to get round by car, bus or train. Beach is 5 mins away by car. World class golf course just right on the corner. There's seaton hotel 2 mins away from the house , The lakes hotel in westlakes is 5 mins away. Westlakes shopping centre is 5 mins away .
Bus stop is right at the front.Train station is not very far from the house either. If you catch bus from the airport to the house, catch J2G or J1, get off in the city, change to 118 or 115, get off at bus stop 27, the house is right there.
The ground floor includes main bedroom with ensuite, living room , kitchen and dining room, laundry, 3rd toilet and access to the garage and front and side yards. There’re stairs to go up to second living area, which includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom on the second floor.
