Modern home completely updated only 25 minutes from downtown Tampa and the airport. We can only accept stays of 30 days or more due to HOA restrictions. Enjoy a spacious, modern kitchen complete with Jenn Air stove top and oven, Bosch Dishwasher. There’s a built in wine fridge great for entertaining. 3 bedrooms, and one flex room that can be used as a living room or office - or set up an air mattress. Master bath has a soaking tub and standup shower. Pool, patio, fast internet and smart tv.
Spacious kitchen with large kitchen island, great for entertaining. Large master bedroom with walk in closet; in the master bedroom you’ll find the master bath with a large soaking tub, stand up rainfall shower and modern fixtures. Queen bed has ample closet space, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The fourth bedroom is used as a second living room but would be a great place to set up an air mattress. The second bath has a tub/shower and modern fixtures. Directly across is a washer and dryer with storage. Through the sliding glass door from the open concept kitchen/family room is the in-ground pool. The pool has a lanai around it and a built in dining area with pergola above.
