3 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, TV and Spa
My home is end terraced with a long drive way for 4 cars with space for another 2 directly in front of our home. It has full fibre internet & wi-fi throughout, cctv, full gas central heating and double glazing, gas & smoke alarms & fire extinguisher. Enclosed front and back gardens.
Downstairs there is a porch which leads to the full downstairs bathroom, living room & staircase. The porch has a coat rail, shoe bench & unit. The flooring is ceramic tiles & the window has modern wooden venetian taped blinds & a modern radiator.
The bathroom has a linoleum floor, jacuzzi bath, overhead shower, wc, sink & heated towel rail.
The living room has a 50" wall mounted TV, a 3-seater reclining sofa and 2 reclining chairs. All have USB ports. The room is carpeted, has vertical blinds and a modern radiator. You'll have Sky Sports, BT Sports, Sky Entertainment, Netflix, Amazon Prime and the free channels.
The glass french doors lead onto the dining room. It's also carpeted and has a dining table & 6 chairs. There's also vertical blinds and a radiator.
From the living room you enter the large long kitchen. There you will find a 4-ring gas hob, cooker hood, eye level double oven with grill, ninja, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, tall fridge freezer, tall freezer and a drinks cooler. It has modern fitted units and a lot of worktop & cupboard space. There's a window at the single sink which has modern wooden taped venetian blinds, a modern radiator and the floor has a linoleum floor covering. At the bottom of the kitchen the french doors have blinds & lead to the enclosed back door. There is also the likes of a kettle, 4-slice toaster, tassimo, egg cooker, pancake maker, food processor, Philips Perfect Draft etc.
The carpeted stairs lead to landing area where you'll find a large floor mirror, radiator and a window with modern wooden taped venetian blinds. This leads to 2 double bedrooms which have double beds and large wardrobes. One has modern taped wooden vertical blinds and one has vertical. Both have radiators & are carpeted.
Also leading from the landing area is the shower room with a walk in shower unit and over head shower. It's also contains a built in WC & sink, heated towel rail & a window with a black-out roller blind.
Off of the front bedroom there is a door that leads to the staircase to the loft area. There is a wardrobe, double bed and velux window. Both the staircase and bedroom is carpeted. There is also a radiator in the bedroom.
The front enclosed garden has 2 steps at the gate and then the mononlocked path leads to the 4 steps up to the front door. The garden has fake grass and stone borders.
The drive way is fully monoblocked and has room for 4 medium sized cars. You'll find an outside tap with a hot and cold feed. There are driveway gates about half way up so you can have 2 cars behind the gates and 2 in front.
At the top of the drive there is a gate which leads to the enclosed back door. There is one step at the gate that leads onto the patio. From the patio there is 2 broad steps up to the french doors. The large patio has 2 steps up to the fake grass. You'll have use of the garden furniture which includes 2 folding chairs & table, small glass side table, 2 rocking chairs, an egg chair, large parasol and a fire pit/bbq.
My home has a modern interior and is a 15 min walk to Ayr train station. Troon station is a 10min journey away. You can take the picturesque walk along the river enroute to the railway station.
By car Troon is a 20 min drive away which is dual carriage 90% of the way.
It's 15min walk into Ayr town centre where you'll find lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centre etc. Ayr's gorgeous beach is a 10min walk from the town centre & Ayr is also home to 2 golf courses, many lovely parks, Burns Cottage and Heritage Museum plus lots more. An ideal base for the likes of Turnberry. Girvan, Glasgow also. 15min drive from Glasgow Prestwick Airport.
