Desert Oasis is a gorgeous and completely remodeled desert modern style home for you, your family and friends. Only a 7 minutes drive to the main entrance of the park and 5 minutes drive to Joshua Tree Village. You are close enough to enjoy all the area has to offer.
This is the perfect place to relax, enjoy pool and cocktails, after a long day exploring the park.
You won't find a place packed with more amenities than this.
The Space:
The Layout:
- 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms comfortably sleeps 10 people.
- All bedrooms equipped with brand-new, memory foam mattresses. The master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite master bathroom. All 3 guest bedrooms have queen beds.
- The living room has 1 full-sized sofa bed and 55" smart TV.
- Large kitchen with plenty of counter space and fully functional appliances
- Game room with pool table, card games & board games.
- We do have four security cameras at the front entrance and back entrance. This is only for security and safety reason (in case there is a break in, etc…)
IMPORTANT NOTE!!!!
Although we do not have a working indoor fireplace in our "amenities", we feel it is necessary to state that the indoor fireplace is not functional. It is just for looks.

Please shower before use. Please don’t put any liquid/solid soap into it, any extra cost occurring will be charged. The guests will take all liability and responsibility for their own safety.
Pool
Anyone under 18 needs his/her parent’s present while swimming or near the pool for safety reasons. No diving and no glass near the pool. The guests will take full liability and responsibility for your own and your guests safety.
This Pool can be heated, please notice us ONE DAY before your arrival if you’d like to heat it up, the pool temperature is 84 degree. The pool heating fee is $180/day from May to October, $250/day from November to April.
*Please note that the pool service is between 8am - 12pm every Tuesday and Friday.
Pets
We love pets. Your fur-friends are welcome with an additional fee of $50/ pet per stay. (max 2 pets allowed). You are required to disclosed before booking.
However, they are not allowed to swim in the pool. Please be mindful, as their fur can cause the pool filters to build-up.
Please be aware of desert plants and keep your pets away from them, we strongly suggest you to use leash and accompany your pets while running in the yard, because the cactus might hurt. You are 100% responsible for yourself and your pets.
Broken Items
We understand that accidents happen, if anything breaks down - even if it's your fault - let us know so we can send someone to fix it or replace it for you and future guests.
Plumbing
All houses in Joshua Tree are on a Septic Tank system. For this reason, nothing can be flushed down the toilet except toilet paper. Following these guidelines will avoid problems with the plumbing. If it is determined that the pipes have been clogged due to misuse, a $200 repair fee will be charged. Thank you for your cooperation.
Parties or Events or Extra Guest
We do not allow guests to throw parties or events in our home. We designed a house environment for 10 people and please be sure no extra guests in the house. Please inform us if you have visitors or any overnight friends, we will charge $50/person for extra guests with our consent first. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors.
No-Smoking
Smoking (including E-Cig) is not allowed in the property or within 15 feet exterior door. Please dispose cigarettes into a plastic bag and put them in the outdoor trash can. If the above is not maintained, we will charge a $100 special cleaning fee. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes in the trash. We appreciate your cooperation.
Late Check- Out
-Be aware that check out of our rental is by 11:00AM. Checking out by this time ensures that we have enough time to clean the property and get it ready for our next guest. However, If you are interest in late check-out, let us know in advance and we can try to accomodate you.
Parking
-Parking is limited to 6 cars on the driveway. Street parking is not allowed.
Guest Access:
Guest have private access to the entire house as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, and complimentary coffee.

Desert Oasis JOSHUA TREE is situated in one of the most desirable neighborhood in Joshua Tree.
This perfect central location is only 5 minutes to the picturesque Joshua Tree National Park where you can rock climbing, go hiking, horse-riding, join in on a ranger talk, go biking, stargazing or just pack your camera and capture the unique landscape and wildlife that the park has to offer.
Head to Joshua Tree downtown fill with many small, unique shops filled with antiques and gift items, visit one-of-a-kind restaurants and drop into local the cafe to get your latte or espresso with a homemade sandwich or croissant.
Getting Around:
You will need a car, but rideshares and taxis are also readily available.

Pet fee is $25 per pet per night. Extra guests are $50 per guest per night.
