Beautiful newly built modern desert home located on a private 40 acre parcel. This is homestead and has a 40k gallon rainwater system. Right outside of Benson AZ and 10 minutes to town and amenities. Relax with the whole family here and enjoy the sounds of nature, nighttime fires, beautiful sunrises and a forest of mesquite trees and native cacti. Our home has everything you need with a fully equipped kitchen, 2.5 baths, 3 bedrooms with 2 king beds and 2 twin beds. Our home has a master suite downstairs with a large walk in his & hers closet. A master bath with rainwater shower and concrete countertops. There is a half bath downstairs by the dining room as well. Upstairs is a queen bed in the first guest room and 2 twin beds in the second guest room. There is a full bath with a tub & rainwater shower upstairs. The entire home is accessible to guests as well as the outside space. Check in with a gate code and lock box when you arrive.
