Welcome to BRACHE, our family home in the sun.
Our 1844 sq/ft 4-bedroom and 3-bathroom villa with air conditioning and its own pool, has been newly decorated and fitted with new contemporary furniture. We have wall mounted flat screen TVs hung in every room as well as in the game room & outside in the pool area. Free Wi-Fi is available along with unlimited phone calls within the US.
The large open plan family room with kitchen & dining area is a great space to relax in after a long day out at the numerous attractions that Orlando and the surrounding areas have to offer. The sitting area has a large sofa and single seat to relax on while watching your favorite programs on the wall mounted large flat screen TV, the connected Blu-ray DVD player, or stream from the included Netflix/Hulu/Disney+ subscriptions. The fully equipped spacious kitchen has stainless steel appliances which consist of an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice/water dispenser. The countertops and breakfast bar have been refitted with Granite. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and includes a 6-place setting glass table with leather chairs. There are also two leather bar stools provided for extra settings at the breakfast bar. The family area provides the main access to the pool via patio doors which has been fitted with a child safety alarm.
The master suite has a large king size bed with spacious ensuite which overlooks the pool with its own direct access. Additionally, there are three further bedrooms, two with queen size beds, which both have shared access to a Jack-and-Jill ensuite and one bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds next to a family bathroom. All bedrooms have ample storage via built in closets and chests of drawers. The utility cupboard is fitted with a full-size washing machine & dryer where you can also find an ironing board and iron.
The garage doubles up as a large game room which consists of a wall mounted flat screen TV, pool table, and air hockey table/table tennis to play on. Stored within the garage you can also find a highchair, stroller and some camping chairs that you are free to use during your stay.
Outside there is a private pool on an extended patio with four sunbeds and an outside shower, located under the large, screened lanai. A glass table with 6 chairs and a wall mounted flat screen TV are located under the shaded area.
In the gated community you can find a communal tennis court and children's play area. Within 10 minutes' drive of the gates, you will find all the local amenities you would expect and an 18-hole golf course.
**Please Note - Pool heating is not included in the rental as it is an optional extra which can be added upon request. General recommendation for heating is during the months of October to April. Out of respect for our neighbors and the neighborhood, we do NOT allow parties in the home.
