Summary: The house is adorable and is close to king street but was very dirty. All of the A/C units were covered in mold and the bathroom was dirty. The sink looked like it’s never been wiped down and the bathmats were filthy as well as all the rugs throughout the house. We were also only provided with one trash bag and told no makeup on the white towels yet we’re not provided with any other colored towels. There were absolutely no checkout instructions which was very confusing. I also had an extremely hard time getting the property manager to respond to me. After two messages and three voicemails and reaching out to Vrbo customer service the manager reached out two days before checkin. We also were not given checkin details until the day of arrival which made communicating with the rest of our friends staying there extremely difficult.
