You will love the view from this very large one-bedroom/one bath (800SF) furnished apartment in a custom residence overlooking Mission Valley and Riverwalk Golf Course. The area is very quaint, quiet and private. Unit has high ceilings and is a split level with the kitchen a few steps above the living room. Bedroom has a large walk-in closet. All walls are original pine wood paneling, newer flooring and paint. Small pets are OK with a $200 non-refundable deposit. There is one parking space allocated on the street. Available June 1, 2022. Looking for a month to month renter but will rent by the week if not rented. Let me know if you need more information; if you are from out of town Mission Hills is a great neighborhood close to everything – Hillcrest, Old Town, Little Italy, airport, hospitals, shopping, dinning, downtown.
