Welcome to our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, accommodating up to 12 guests! Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, onsite laundry, and a fully fenced backyard—perfect for family and friends to gather. Major grocery stores, local restaurants, and easy highway access are just minutes away. We’ve included professional photos and real-time images from our cleaning team, so you know exactly what to expect. We would love to host you—be our guest!
The Space:
Guests will enter with digital door code on the front door. Upon entry, you will see the dining room to your left, one a queen bedroom to your right, and the living room straight ahead.
The dining room features a large farm table, it is the perfect space to gather with family or friends for a meal!
Through the dining room you will enter the kitchen. Our kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to make your favorite meal. Pots, pans, dishes, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator are all included!
The kitchen connects the dining and living spaces. The living room has a very comfortable couch, two arm chairs, and a lovely (decorative only!) brick fire place.
Off of the living space you will find the other three bedrooms. Our master has a king bed, a large SmartTV, and ensuite bathroom! A large desk is also provided for our guests that need quiet space for working remote.
The third bedroom has two very comfortable queen beds, and the fourth features one queen bed.
There is an additional bathroom for these bedrooms to share. It has two sinks and a shower tub combination.
We hope you find time to enjoy the patio with a table and chairs, as well as a bbq grill out back!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
