On the main level you’ll find a gorgeous living room with floor to ceiling windows, a warm fireplace, a pull out large screen TV, and walls decorated with fine art. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area. Enjoy memorable meal times under a beautiful chandelier at a table that seats 6 plus. The expansive kitchen features a large gas stove top, high end appliances, and butcher block counter tops that provide plenty of space for prepping meals. Our favorite feature? Sparkling water on tap!
Take the stairs to the Upper Level where more surprises await. The office is a perfect work-from-home space, and even comes with a printer, two monitors, and a ring light! A spacious King sized bedroom features a balcony, perfect for taking in the sunrise. An elegant bathroom hosts a large clawfoot tub and separate shower. The Lower Level features two additional Queen bedrooms, one in an alcove, which is where this home’s original owner had an art studio. A second bathroom is also featured in the lower level, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The outdoor space is an ideal spot for hosting. Relax and unwind under the twinkling lights in the hot tub, open year round! A Pitmaster is the perfect grilling machine, and a round table is a great spot to dine al fresco.

• No smoking inside of the home.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events - This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• No pets allowed!
• Please respect the home and clean up after yourself!
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors!! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
