Very modern and spacious holiday home in Beachridge Estate.
Perfect for a family looking for a little luxury, or even a couple on a business trip, with plenty of your own space and free Wi-Fi.
The main bedroom and ensuite are a sight to behold... with a queen bed, a huge walk- in-robe and an ensuite with 'his and hers' basins and separate shower and bathtub. A sliding door gives you direct access to the backyard.
The other 2 bedrooms are also large with clothes storage; a queen bed in one, and the 3rd bedroom for the kids with a bunk set and singles.
Open plan dining, kitchen and lounge so everyone feels included. The kitchen has oven, stovetop and microwave cooking, is full of appliances and utensils, and other mod cons with air conditioning servicing most of the house.
The main bathroom has another bathtub, separate from the shower.
If the washing must be done on holidays, both a washer and dryer can be found in the laundry. And a line out the back to make the most of our daily southerly winds.
The backyard is fully enclosed with plenty of shade and furniture to relax on.
The beach is literally only a few minutes' walk, to the end of the street and over the sand dunes. Town & shopping is the other way and will take less than 10 minutes on your bike!
