Located in verdant green Holiday Acres, guests will find themselves tucked away in the depths of quiet pines, dirt roads and still neighbors. Located 20 minutes from the East end of Pagosa Springs guests will wind their way through a subdivision. Surrounded by pine trees, oak brush, mountain air and the quiet whispering wind guests will find solitude by definition. During the winter months the roads are plowed but it is advised to ensure your vehicle has 4-wheel drive capabilities or all-wheel drive.
Guest will have access to the entirety of the home.
Upon entrance guests will step into a warm, inviting abode made of log. If you have ever wondered, is a log cabin the space for me? This is your chance to give it a gander. To the left guests will find a full kitchen and to the immediate right the dining table. Beyond you will find a comfortable living area with ginormous windows, spacious deck and grill. Adjacent either side of the living area is a full bathroom. To the left and curving around and above are stairs that take you to a loft area with snug chairs and a quiet area to relax in. Downstairs guest will find a second living area turned theatre space with huge tv and comfortable theatre type chairs to squish into with some popcorn and a good flick. At the base of the stairs to the left guests will find the washroom with washer/dryer and a weight room with mirrors for your personal exertion agenda. You can access the patio from the weight room where guests will have ample room for any outside soiree.
There is also a third bedroom downstairs for the guests who truly wish no disruption to their siesta.
You will be driving on dirt roads and in the winter, it will be slick, ensure your vehicle has 4-wheel drive capabilities.
