Positive: We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would absolutely come back. The staff were truly exceptional — caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our experience great. They helped us organize transfers and diving, and even went the extra mile by moving our belongings to a better room on the second night so we could enjoy an even more beautiful view. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out. The hotel itself is incredibly stylish and unique. It’s located high up in the mountains, quite isolated, which creates a magical feeling — like you’re staying right in the middle of the jungle. It’s peaceful, atmothferic, and very special. We loved the overall vibe and design.

Negative: Access to the hotel currently requires using their local transfer, as the road leading up is not in great condition. Also, there is some construction nearby — however, it didn’t significantly affect our stay and was not a major issue.
