Positive: convenient location.
Negative: Thermostat in the bedroom couldn't be adjusted, needed to open all the windows in the unit to compensate for how warm the room was. The baseboard heaters ended up turning on as a result of the windows being open (the thermostat in the rest of the unit could be adjusted thankfully). Duvet overly warm for the spring/summer season. The toilet paper was of very cheap quality.
Summary: Good place.
