This property is meticulously maintained inside and out. We pride ourselves on cleanliness! Each room has been designed to captivate the beauty each morning has to offer with large operable windows, all freshly painted, modern, and very homely feeling. The master, located at the front of the house comes with a full queen size set including a new box spring and mattress. The middle and back rooms include a double size set suited with new box springs and mattresses as well. The open concept dining/living space is your place to truly unwind after a day of adventure. Sit back on the comfy couch, turn on the 55' smart tv and stream away or sit at the 6 person dining table for a game of cards or play one of many board games/puzzles provided. A PlayStation 4 game console, a variety or games, and 4 controllers have also been connected to the 55” tv making it a great way to entertain the kids while the adults sit back and relax. There’s nothing like taking a relaxing bath in the newly renovated, squeaky clean bathroom, including large bathtub/shower, toilet, vanity, and front load washer.
Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Sitting areas located in the front and rear of house including a fire pit area with wood provided. Overlooking the backyard is the back deck which is suited with patio furniture, patio rug, and BBQ for you to enjoy on those beautiful summer days and nights. Large back yard with mature trees providing natural privacy.

Guests have no access to the bottom portion of the house. It is occupied by a very quiet tenant. Please be respectful.
