3 Bedroom House with Guest Services, Internet and Laundry

For over 20 years we have rented both apartments in our duplex separately. Check out our fabulous reviews on Airbnb! We are now offering the whole house as available for rent. When you stay at our 3 bed 2 bath El Porto Duplex, your group will have access to 2 separate apartments. The larger apartment in the front of the property includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The smaller apartment in the back of the property includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Your group will sleep on fantastic memory foam mattresses wrapped in fine linens and wake up to the sound of waves crashing on the beach. Almost every day is sunny. The average temperature is between 65-75 degrees. The beach is a few steps away and there are great restaurants within walking distance. The infamous Strand sidewalk runs north and south for 26 miles along the beach. If you like to be active, a car is not necessary!
Our cozy duplex was built in 1932 and has been remodeled over the past decade. The property is located in a charming Los Angeles suburb called North Manhattan Beach. It is within walking distance to the ocean, local restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful despite the close proximity of neighboring properties. The locals gather at the end of every day on the Strand, to watch the sunset together. There is a definite cohesiveness to the community, which adds a nice sense of security and peace.
