During the warmer months, the property offers direct access to Mammoth Mountain for hiking and biking.
Located in the Sierra Megeve Condominium Complex, this property is located in the building closest to the slopes. All you need to do is grab your skis, cross the street and ski down to Canyon Lodge, Chair 8, the Canyon Express lift, or the ski school meeting spot.
Enjoy stunning views of the slopes from the window seat all year round. The living room window looks out on the Canyon Express ski run and chair lift, so you can watch members of your family coming down the mountain on their way home for lunch!!

The spacious condo includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area that seats up to 12, and a comfortable living room with flat screen TV, upgraded sound system, Blu-ray DVD player with internet connection, wood-burning fireplace, and sofa with queen size pull-out bed.
Recently renovated, this Mammoth condo has brand new Serta Perfect Sleeper plush mattresses on all beds and a Jacuzzi tub for soothing weary muscles after a busy day on the slopes.
MammothSkiInSkiOut offers free internet access and a printer/scanner for your use.
There is also a deck off the living room from which you can watch the village gondola go by. After a full day of skiing, take the village gondola from right outside our door downtown for shopping, dining and other après ski activities. During the warmer months we have an electric grill out there to make dinner a breeze!
