The property has a boathouse you can store one bassboat in and a dock that will accomodate 3 more boats. The boathouse will not accommodate a pontoon boat. The boathouse and dock have battery charging stations. The property also has a 16X40 feet covered back porch and 30X30 carport, both with fantastic views of Lake Guntersville. Home is fully furnished with refrigerator, stove, microwave, internet/WIFI, three 55 inch wide screen TVs with Direct TV and access to all sports channels. This 2 bedroom 2 bath home will sleep 8. Outstanding home for fishermen or family vacation. Kayaks available for rent.

Summary: This is the third time I have rented it and met the owner this time. He is a super nice person and I plan on renting it in the future. Everything works and the view to the lake is very calming
