Welcome to The Magnolia - a light-filled mountainside retreat nestled amongst evergreens, conveniently located near all the charming upstate spots like Saugerties, Woodstock, Catskill, & Hunter.
After full days spent exploring lush trails, cascading waterfalls, and rolling farmlands, return home to The Magnolia’s spacious yet cozy rooms and an array of amenities and activities. Gather the whole group in the living room for movie nights, whip up delectable farm-to-table creations in the well-appointed kitchen, or lounge the afternoon away poolside with a page-turner in hand. As the sun sets, migrate outdoors for late-night hangs around the outdoor fire pit complete with s'mores provisions. Cap off the night soaking in the year-round hot tub & let the mind wander among a star-filled sky.

Room Descriptions
Backyard & Deck: Grill up some local favorites on the propane BBQ and relax on the back deck complete with dining set. Bubble away stress in the Hot Tub, take a dip in the pool, or catch a quick nap in the hammock. No upstate getaway would be complete without fireside s'mores. Note: the above-ground pool is unheated and open seasonally (Memorial Day to Labor Day). There is a lockable ladder on the pool deck.
Kitchen - The updated kitchen is fully equipped to serve a group with stone countertops & modern appliances. Whip up dinner preparations together at the oversized island and share an appetizer at the in-kitchen "chef's table" with stools. Share meals and wine in the dining area bathed in natural light.
Lounge & Living Room - The oversized lounge room with Smart TV provides an airy spot for the entire group to kick back after an active day out. Curl up on plush sectionals and take in treetop views or catch up on the latest shows. The living room with sofa, chairs, & coffee table invites lingering conversations. Strike a key on the working piano.
Bedrooms - Four bedrooms located on the second floor. Washer & Dryer located on second floor.
Primary Bedroom - King Bed with ensuite bathroom, closet, and step-in shower.

Bedroom Four - 2 Single beds with removable second mattresses for floor (Sleeps 4 children, Shares Upstairs Bathroom)
Yoga Nook - Unwind in the yoga nook, located on the second floor. Greet the morning sun while you stretch, meditate, or simply breathe. Yoga mats are kept in the basket, come find your inner peace.
Lower Level - Pass evenings in the chic wet bar mixing artisanal cocktails or hosting an impromptu tasting. For a bit of extra space & quiet, an additional lounge area is located next to the bar, complete with a couch, desk, & assorted games.

The Magnolia is located in Saugerties, just minutes away from attractions like Saugerties Lighthouse, Falling Waters Preserve, Esopus Bend Nature Preserve, & Overlook Mountain. Numerous dining, coffee, & shopping options within 20 minutes in Saugerties & Woodstock.

You will have exclusive access to the entire home and grounds.

Once your reservation is confirmed, we will provide you with a digital guidebook that includes essential details about your stay, such as wifi credentials and instructions on how to access the property.
To comply with insurance company regulations, we kindly ask all guests to sign a rental agreement before arrival.
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we require a security deposit of $500. This deposit will be authorized on your card 48 hours prior to your arrival and will be fully refunded within 24 hours of your check-out, following a final inspection of the property.
This deposit protects against any accidental damages that may occur during your stay. It's important to note that the deposit will only be charged if there is damage beyond normal wear and tear.
