This studio is an outbuilding of a villa, the entrance is completely independent of the villa and you may come across the owners of the villa (a very pleasant couple). It consists of a TV corner, a sleeping area, a large bathroom and a fitted kitchen. Everything is fully air-conditioned.
It has its own private terrace as well as access to the swimming pool and outdoor areas.
The basement of the house offers you a wellness area with its private spa and a gym with many facilities and with independent access too.
Finally, the exterior is breathtaking. You can enjoy a panoramic view at the edge of a large infinity pool. Your stay will oscillate between sunbathing, meals on the terrace, games of pétanque and walks in the green spaces.

On a hillside, Fayence is famous for its international gliding center. Its winding streets, its watchtower, a vestige of the old castle of the bishops of Fréjus, its fountains and wash houses, its bread oven and its vestiges of ramparts make up all its charm. Enter the large 18th-century Baroque church dedicated to Saint John the Baptist and climb to the foot of the Clock Tower, where there is an orientation table, to have a beautiful view of the village rooftops and the surrounding mountains.

Perched on a rocky peak, the feudal castle of Callian is surrounded by typical medieval alleys, lined with old residences. As you climb to the highest point of the village, the Esterel and Tanneron massifs will reveal themselves before you. You can also see the glazed tile bell tower of the Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption church.
At 814 metres above sea level, Mons is the highest village in the Pays de Fayence! Stroll through the old narrow streets, admire the beautiful baroque altarpieces of the church and enjoy an extraordinary panorama from Place Saint-Sébastien.
What characterises Tourrettes are its small staircases and vaulted passages. At the bend in one of the streets, you will reach Place de l'Horloge, the highest point in the village and whose panorama of the Massif des Maures, the Esterel, and the sea in the distance, is simply magnificent!
If you like flowers, then the town of Tanneron will delight you, with its hills covered in mimosas. Their flowering, between December and March, will offer you a real visual and olfactory treat.

Located on the edge of the Esterel massif, the village of Saint-Paul-en-Forêt is surrounded by pine and oak forests. Lovers of old stones will enjoy strolling along its charming alleys and will go to the 18th century Saint-Paul church and the Saint-Joseph chapel. Located on the Pincounillier hill, the latter will offer you a very beautiful view of the surroundings.
Nestled in the heart of a preserved environment, the village of Bagnols-en-Forêt, with its pleasant wooded areas, is ideal for walks in the heart of nature where the views of the surrounding landscapes are not lacking.
