2 Bedroom Condo with Internet, Laundry and Air Conditioner
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and relaxation. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has new carpets in the bedrooms, new floors in main areas, along with new furniture. This 3rd floor condo over looks one of the pools in the area.
This condo is pet friendly and will allow up to 2 dogs
In a central location to shops, beach, attractions and golfing!
The Grounds:
Beautifully taken care of landscaping, the buildings are wiped down and swept often.
It is a quiet community within just a few minutes of attractions, the beach, shopping and golf.
As of July 1, 2023 We will no longer be able to offer the vehicle tag and access to the Atlantica Resort, due to HOA, no longer allowing owners and guests that access. .
We do allow for pets under 30lbs, please keep all pets off of the furniture and when leaving them at the condo please put them in a kennel that you have brought for them.
I supply 9 sets of towels and sheets for the bed. I do not offer a daily cleaning or towel exchange.
