This luxury villa overlooks a lake and nature reserve in a quiet residential community in Sabal Harbour. It is fully air conditioned with a large open plan living area/dining area with comfortable seating & a 42 in. LCD High definition TV/VCR/DVD system. The large master bedroom possesses a king sized bed (extra extra large) & cable TV. From it the patio doors lead to the fully screened Lanai and outdoor pool. The en-suite has a large shower cubicle and twin washbasins as well as a walk in closet. The toilet area is separately enclosed. The second bedroom possesses a queen sized bed (extra large) has pool views & cable TV. There are 2 twin bedded rooms and a separate family bathroom with toilet/bath/shower. The fully equipped kitchen complete with all the usual home appliances, and includes a sunny dining nook with enclosed washer/dryer laundry facilities. Access to the double garage is through the kitchen. Wireless internet is provided & free phone calls in N. America
Community Centre: The Sabal Harbour sub division recreational centre is located near the entrance to Sabal Harbour and is a 3 minute walk away from the villa. It features a large attractive swimming pool surrounded by a large patio with many loungers, as well as swings, slides and a climbing frame for the little ones. There are 2 tennis courts, a basketball court and a grassed recreational playing field.
Shopping & Activities: Sarsota is famous for its smart and sophisticated shopping experience as well as many top class restaurants.
