Stay at our private country retreat, a historic home that is over 200 years old with modern amenities. A rare three floor stone house, with original details through out the house. While having the comfort of a modern smart home. A horse barn, heated salt water pool on 8+ acres of land.
Ideally situated 10 minutes from the HITS fair grounds, 15 min from Woodstock, 20 min from Hudson, 20min from Hunter mountain and 30min from Windham
This historic home has been meticulously restored and decorated for you to enjoy an ideal stay in the country. The home is quite large for a stone house at over 4,000 square feet. Making it great to come together but also find space to have private moments. The same goes for the grounds.
So whether your looking for a weekend stay, or are participating in HITS, skiing in the winter this will be your ideal home for you.
Massive entertaining kitchen, with top appliances await your inner top chef. Six burner professional stove, Liebherr frig, bosch stove, wine frig, breakfast counter.
Outdoor stone patio has a large five foot round table that can sit 10, Large Weber bbq grill, and a separate seating area to just relax and lounge. Lush lawns to walk and play and a hammock somewhere to take a nap.
The pool area is situated in the back of the house in a private setting. The in ground pool is 32 by 18 feet with a depth of 3.5 to 8 feet. Its a salt water pool to maximize your experience.
Most of the bedrooms have dramatic ceilings as high as 12.5 feet. There are 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen and one room with two double/full size beds.
The house is 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, with a huge entertaining kitchen, living room and family room. Well appointed home with designer furniture and antiques. A stone patio awaits outside with dining table for 10 and a salt water pool.
For HITS participants we are conveniently located in the same town of Saugerties, and have a two horse barn equipped with two jumper stalls.
