Planning an event?
If you have more than 2 people sleeping over, there is a $29/person/night guest fee up to a maximum of 8 people. 8 people is the max number of people that can sleep in the house.
For gatherings or events with 10 people or under, there is a $29/person fee for all guests that are not booked guests at the house.
We may allow events on a case-by-case basis. Please note, that events are only permitted at the owner's discretion. Please inquire should you be planning an event at the property.
Parties of 10-15 people is $500.
Parties of 16-20 is $1000.
Parties of 21-40 is $2000
Parties of 40-60 can inquire about custom pricing.
The event fee is payable prior to your arrival via Airbnb Money request or upon approval of your event request.
We do have a strict No party and excessive noise policy.
Events not pre-authorized and not paid for in advance will result in a cancellation of your reservation and you and your guests will be asked to vacate the premises. You will not be refunded for breaking our house rules.
Pets: Pets may be allowed upon request and with prior approval and additional fees and deposit.
Loss of any key or garage sensor will result in a fee of $150 for the garage sensor and $50 per key. Please be sure to keep your keys secure at all times.
Smoking is NOT permitted: in the house or in the sunroom. However,
Smoking is permitted: on the porch, deck, patio, pool area, etc.…
SECURITY & PARTIES: We do have surveillance cameras with full coverage around the property including but not limited to the Hot Tub and Swimming Pool. WE HAVE A SECURITY COMPANY THAT MONITORS THE CAMERAS AND PERFORMS VISITS TO THE PROPERTY THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND NIGHT. THE OWNER LIVES IN THE HOUSE NEXT DOOR.
Please note there are no cameras inside the home.
Please take off your shoes before walking on the rugs.
Please keep food within the kitchen and dining areas only.
Please place all used dishes in the dishwasher before you check out - your security deposit will be charged should you leave dirty dishes laying around.
Be sure to package all your trash - do not leave your garbage lying around the home. You will be charged for any excessive clean-up.
Leave all used towels in one bathroom before you check out
Do NOT use white towels to remove your make-up. This is unacceptable and you will be charged a replacement fee for any damaged or stained towels.
You must be 25 years old or older to book.
After the 2nd guest, a fee of $29 per person will be applied.
The pool and house are newly renovated. And explicitly done for our guests to enjoy. The solar heated pool is open from March 15- until November 15. The hot tubs are open year-round.
As we continue to add to and maintain the charm and cleanliness of the property and home, maintenance staff may be present on-site and around the outside of the home on a daily basis between the hours of 9 AM and 5:30 PM performing maintenance and repairs to the property.
Though they will not be entering the home during your stay, we do reserve the right to access should there be any emergency maintenance repairs required within the home.

Answer: “Caretakers' quarters are downstairs around the side of the house. This Is completely separate with a completely separate entrance from the main house you’re renting”
Other things to note: Work being done on and around the property.
There may be times when maintenance repair work is being done around the property during your stay. Please rest assured that there will be no work done in the actual house that you are renting and occupying.
Please note, that maintenance of the pool and hot is necessary on a daily basis. As such, maintenance personnel will clean and treat these areas once daily during your stay to ensure cleanliness.
In the case of an emergency issue or repair, you'll be notified and we'll enter the property immediately to rectify the issue.
