5 Bedroom House with Kitchen, Internet and Parking
Welcome to our spacious 5-bedroom, 2-story home nestled in a serene and peaceful neighborhood. Perfectly situated near supermarkets, plazas, and the Mall of Georgia, our fully furnished abode offers convenience and comfort for your stay.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
The property has 5 bedrooms. 1 Bedroom is on the main floor. 3 bedrooms and 1 master bedroom are on the second floor. There are total 4 queen beds in the 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed. We also have an air mattress located in the master closet. The family room also has 1 futon sofa which can be opened to a full size bed, which makes the total number of sleepers up to 13. There are 3 full bathroom (1 on the main floor and 2 upstairs).
Living room:
The living room with high opened ceiling is fully furnished with one 75 inches Smart TV. Netflix guest channel has been signed in for movie nights.
Kitchen:
The kitchen should have everything needed for cooking. Kitchen appliances include refrigerator, air frier, microwaves, ovens, stove, blender, coffee maker, slow cooker, etc.
House keeper will close gas valve on her cleaning after guest’s check out for safety. The valve is under the stove in case you need to cook. Please contact me if you can’t find it.
Paper plates, bowls, cups and plastic utensils are stocked inside the kitchen pantry storage room.
Trash bags are stocked in the cabinet under the kitchen island.
Indoor and Outdoor Entertainment :
The back yard is super spacious for family games. We do have Corn-hole, Flying Disc, War Rope, and Wood Tumble Tower games for outdoor. Indoor games include Poker with chips, ShuffleBoard and Curling, A Combo Game Table with 10 different games along with many other board games.
There is a community playground for kids and BBQ area right next to the back yard for extra entertainment.

The garage is locked and not accessible.
Parking:
Driveway can fit 4 cars. Parking in the street is prohibited. Any parking violation tickets or tow away will be at guest’s expense.
Smoking:
There is a designated area for smoking in the back yard. We kindly request all smokers to ensure proper disposal of their cigarette butts. Littering them on the ground not only creates a mess but also poses environmental and safety hazards. To maintain cleanliness and safety for everyone, we urge you to use the designated disposal unit provided. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our environment clean and safe for all.

Check-in time is after 4:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving later than 10:00 PM, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance to ensure your smooth entry into the property.
