Welcome to my pool villa, perfect for family and friends! The villa was built in 2022 and is very elegant and modern. The location is the most popular in Phuket, with different beaches, golf courses, restaurants, and supermarkets. The space
The villa is a 5-bedroom house with a private pool and garage.
Every bedroom has its own air-conditioning and direct access to a private bathroom. The master bedroom also has a bathtub.
The Wi-Fi is very good, so you can easily work from the villa.
The kitchen has most things you need, and you can cook your meals at home without any issues. There is also a BBQ.
I have different outdoor furniture that you can use when relaxing in the sun or around the pool.
I have left some board games that I hope can give you some extra joy on a rainy day.
The garage suits two cars or a bunch of motorbikes.
Neighborhood description
The villa is located in a gated community with 20 villas. We have security staff most of the time, with some exceptions when you need to use the villa's electrical remote to open the gate (you get the remote when checking in).
The community also has a gym only for the residents and their guests. (UPDATE; The gym is under construction and not available before mid-Jan 2023)

Getting around
Booking a taxi using the Grab App or the InDrive App is convenient. It's very affordable and efficient. We can also help you rent motorbikes, so you have maximal flexibility. The villa has its own 2-car parking garage.
Additional rules
- If you smoke, you can smoke outdoors. Indoor smoking is forbidden.
- Pets are sometimes OK, but they might do damage, and all damages are charged to the guests. Also, speak to your veterinarian regarding quarantine if bringing your pet.
- Party is not OK due to damages and disturbing neighbors.
- Electrical cost is charged on top to the guest, so think about not using the Aircon when you don't need it. Also, we are nice to the planet.
- Check-in and check-out cleaning is included. If you want more cleaning, talk to Tu, and she will help you book extra cleaning or services. All extra requests are charged extra, and you can pay directly to Tu.
- Don't use regular towels for the pool. There are dedicated pool towels for that.
- Avoid forgetting food outside. Antz and other insects might like it.
- Use common sense and contact Tu if you have any Villa questions.
- It is OK to use the villa for commercial purposes like movie shots, as long as this is pre-approved by the owner. The owner is usually flexible. Reach out if you have questions.
