Studio attic design recently renovated! Brand new! ideally located in one of the most charming neighborhoods of Madrid. Located in a quiet street next to the Plaza Mayor, the Plaza de la Villa, the Royal Palace, the Mercado de San Miguel and area with theaters, cinemas, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.
The apartment is in the center, so you can visit the entire Historical Center walking, it does not prevent it from being surrounded by authentic sites, shops, restaurants and bars of all the life, that coexist within one of the leisure areas more fashionable of Madrid, next to the tourists, the most visited streets and monuments of the city.
It is a unique space located in Madrid de los Austrias. The apt is fully equipped, with everything perfectly integrated into very well defined areas.
It is oriented towards Alamillo Street and the Prince Anglona Garden (which appears in the photos), it is a small and quiet street in an area with a lot of atmosphere.
The apartment is in a building that is part of the Historical Heritage of Madrid, is fully renovated while retaining all the charm.
