Sit at your private pool in the backyard and enjoy the panoramic views of the ocean and Catalina island. The pool/backyard area is lush and private and comes complete with a stone fireplace, a large sitting area, and a built in barbecue.
This home features multiple living areas including a large living room and family room that opens up to the beautiful pool. There is also a secondary large upstairs living room with a top of the line pool table, foosball, and large screen TV, wine fridge, so this home is perfect for families traveling together.
There is a large master suite with a king bed opens to backyard and pool through French doors. A spa-worthy bathroom is attached to the suite making it both a romantic and practical retreat that could be used as a honeymoon suite.
