This is a charming neighborhood that is proud to be a little off beat, and is considered the artistic hub of Montreal. The property is located between st.viateur street and Bernard. These 2 streets are home to some of the best restaurants, and boutique shops. You will not find a McDonalds around here. Although you are in walking distance to the downtown core of Montreal. In summer months the park located right across the street from this location, is home to a farmers market and other fun activities (outdoor beer garden concept bar, movie night in park, game night in park, food trucks, bazaar for local art and products). visit (website hidden) .
