IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- Absolutely NO street parking allowed. Guests will be responsible for fines and if their car is towed.
- City of Indio Quiet Hours 9 pm - 7 am.
- Noise must be kept to a reasonable level in the Backyard after 9 pm.
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, should be expected.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- a $100 a day fee will be applied to heat the pool. Jacuzzi heating is complimentary. Pool heating must be requested prior to your stay.
- AC is not to go below 71 degrees, we will charge a fee if it goes below that temperature.
- No parties/Events allowed.
- Quiet hours 9:30pm-8am.
- Fireplace must not be left unattended while ignited for any reason
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
-Upon confirmation of your booking, you will be prompted with a text message to verify your identification. You are required to complete this process with the property management company in order to access the Property. All guests agree to be greeted by a staff member of the management company to verify ID matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.
