Step inside the loft above the Carriage House to 750 square feet of open space with plenty of light and vaulted ceilings. Constructed in 2020, up-to-date features include full heat, air conditioning and high-speed internet. Take in views of the ocean and the beautiful lawns and grounds from two private decks right outside your door. Your stay includes all the amenities that the renowned Spruce Point Inn has to offer when available. Enjoy two pools, one fresh and one salt water, spa, hot-tub, fitness room, tennis courts, outdoor games, and walking trails. Bicycles and kayaks are available for the adventuresome. Walk into the harbor or take the launch from the resort over to the town dock. Do some shopping, dine at one of Boothbay Harbor’s excellent restaurants, perhaps take in a show. The studio features a well-equipped kitchen with induction cook top, Breville Oven, microwave, dishwasher, an array of small appliances and cookware.
