This lovely 3 bedroom 3 bath condo can accommodate 10 comfortably. Imagine… awaking from a restful night’s sleep and the first thing you see is the gorgeous turquoise waters of the gulf framed in the huge French doors which lead to a spacious balcony. In fact, the entire gulf side of the condo is French doors, so enjoy the panoramic views while sipping your coffee outside in the salty breeze or while creating a gourmet meal in the well-appointed kitchen stocked with all your essentials and plenty of extras.
Bring your boat or rent one - this home is a fisherman’s dream! You have your own private boat slip behind the complex, complete with running water, electricity, a fish cleaning station and even a locked storage room available for your equipment. Plus, the marina/convenience store is close by for all your last minute needs. The canal and boat slip average 9-13 ft deep water and it’s only a 5 minute boat ride to the gulf before you’re on open water.
After a fun-filled day at the beach or fishing, cool off at the pool, work on a puzzle or watch the sunset from the balcony. Sea Forever is centrally located at the end of the pier road, within walking and biking distance of several mom & pop restaurants and shops. Both the front door and storage unit have keyless entry so everyone in your group can come and go with ease.
The main floor consists of the living room, dining room and kitchen, along with the master and second bedrooms. The third bedroom and a sitting area are upstairs. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the master en-suite features a garden tub, extra-large shower and a double vanity. New 4K Smart TVs are mounted in each room on full-motion/swivel mounts, along with a DVD player and an upgraded cable package. There’s plenty of parking, an elevator, one of the nicest pools in Mexico Beach, a hot tub, a fitness room, free wifi, keyless entry, and numerous books, puzzles and games for your enjoyment. Linens and towels are also provided, so just bring your swim suit and beach towel for the perfect vacation.

The kitchen is stocked with tons of amenities:. dishes, pots and pans, 12 cup & Keurig coffee makers, coffee grinder, 4 slice toaster, hand mixer, microwave and even a commercial blender to make your tropical drinks. Brand new high-end appliances include refrigerator, microwave oven with electric stove/air fryer, dishwasher and garbage disposal.
Walking distance to the beach is a short 2 minute walk - approximately 300 steps.
