Summary: The condo was great and had everything we needed for a weekend in Big Fork. Nice location and space, close to downtown, and beautiful views from the property. We had some communication issues upon check in, not receiving any information about the process or messages from the owner after booking or before our scheduled arrival. I contacted the owners on the VRBO messaging system prior to our departure requesting information; we arrived after check-in time with no working phone number or direct access to the owners, which left us panicked with two young kids and nowhere to stay. After contacting vrbo, we were able to make contact and the property owner was very responsive to messages and accommodating to our needs. There was no information about the condo complex, property amenities (hot tub, pool, etc.) or check-out, which I’ll attribute to our early season stay. The “resort” did not have a central desk or staff, which seems a little misleading per the vrbo listing (similar to other resort listings we looked at). Overall great place and we would consider staying here again; rating 4 stars due to lack of info and communication.
