This beautiful and luxurious villa has a private garden, completely walled with a large private pool that can be heated in the early and late season. A canopy provides a wonderful place from the sun on the lounge sofa and the lawn is completely in the sun. In the garden there are several seating areas, benches, hammock chairs and sunbeds. At the front is also a parking space on own ground.
In the barn you will find 4 beach beds.
The beach is within walking distance, only 400 meters and the beach stuff can be taken in the wagon.
Casa Elisa from 2018 has 3 spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 1 bedroom even has 3 beds. 1 bedroom has an en suite, spacious bathroom with a spacious washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower. There is also a bathroom with bath and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped, American fridge with cool water reservoir, a water filter system built into the kitchen faucet, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, induction hob, oven and separate microwave. A washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room. In the living room there is a large dining table, nice couch and chairs. The television has Dutch-language channels.
Besides relaxing in and around the house or on the beach there are also various activities in the area accessible by car.
At only 6 kilometers away is the La Manga Club golf resort with 3x 18 holes golf course. This is a village in itself and you can also visit without playing golf, squares with restaurants and shops.

In Cabo de Palos are diving opportunities, large lighthouse and nice fishing harbor with many (fish) restaurants and on Sunday morning a large market.
Cartagena is a big city a short distance, you can drive there or closer just 5 minutes from Los Nietos Pescaderia leaves a train in 30 minutes for € 1.20 per ride through the mining area of La Union, with interesting Mining Museum, to Cartagena.
In Cartagena itself there is a large port where cruise ships can also be located.
There is a Roman Amphitheater and Roman Museum and there are pleasant shopping streets.
Just outside Cartagena you will find Experiencia Licor 43 and Centro Mediterraneo, a large shopping center with, among others, the Zara, Primark, Massimo Dutti, Mango and Carrefour.
The city of Murcia, the capital of the province, is also worth a visit.
The nearest airport is Murcia, San Javier just a 20 minute drive away. Ryanair flies from Eindhoven on Wednesdays and Sundays. Alicante has daily flights and is only a 60 minute drive away.
