This penthouse flat is located in the luxurious (and award-winning) Parques Casablanca apartment complex, and is situated on the second floor.
It is easily accessible by lifts, for one thing the entire complex is wheelchair accessible. Inside the complex, the flat is in the very best location: enjoy the beautiful views over the swimming pools and garden, further away you can see the sea and the impressive Ifach rock.
The flat can accommodate 4 people.
The flat is equipped with air conditioning throughout (inverters, so also heated in the winter months).

The modern open kitchen is perfectly equipped with 2 fridges, one with freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, nespresso machine, mixer, all necessary utensils).
There are two spacious bedrooms, with more than enough wardrobe space, the master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has bunk beds.
Each window is fitted with an electric shutter.
There is a beautiful bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and marble, double washbasin and toilet.
There is also a washer/dryer combination (+ironing board and iron) in a separate storage room.
The well-protected terrace, without view, is really large and equipped with a table and chairs and two sun loungers, you will live outside as much as possible here, of course.
Protection from the midday sun is provided by the two fully automatic awnings that completely cover the terrace.
There is plenty of free parking in the immediate vicinity.
You can access the complex and the flat using the magnetic card provided.
Parques Casablanca will give you a feeling of security, tranquillity, relaxation and service.
This complex offers real hotel service, with a 24-hour reception and every possible service.
A poolside bar is open during the season, serving cocktails, all kinds of drinks and snacks or small dishes.
Subject to a surcharge, you can use the 'SPA', the wellness complex with a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna.
Everything in the flat is well-thought-out and modern.
It is equipped with everything: a good WIFI, a TV with Chromecast with Google TV. you watch TV via several free applications and maybe you have a subscription to Netflix or another streaming service yourself.
You have a radio combo with bluetooth at your disposal, a blue ray player + films, a landline phone.
Within walking distance you will find a supermarket, restaurants and the beautiful bay "cala La Fustera" with the well-known bistro Mandala.
Recreation:
Swimming and sunbathing can of course be done at the complex, plenty of sun loungers are available, but also at the aforementioned Cala La Fustera, larger beaches can be found in Moraira (15 min drive) or Calpe (10 min drive).
Snorkelling and diving can be done in the many coves, such as cala Advocat.
By all means, we recommend a (rental) car to enjoy the area to the maximum.
Hiking:
From La Fustera bay, you can take the hiking trail either towards Calpe or Moraira.
Both paths follow the coastline and offer beautiful views.
If you follow the path towards Calpe, you will pass the small harbour 'Les Basetes', with two bar-restaurants. Tip: enjoy the beautiful terrace until the last evening sun.
Nature lovers are sure to get their money's worth. Explore the area around Parcent, Jalon, Orba, Benigembla, Javea.
Water sports:
In the little port you will also find a water sports centre, with diving school, initiation windsurf and stand-up paddle etc..
Visit a town for shopping and strolling :
Calpe of course, don't forget to visit picturesque historic centre.
Furthermore, Altea (don't forget to visit the old town!) , Moraira, Javea and Benissa are worth visiting.
If you want to explore the region further, Denia, Guadelest with its beautiful castle, the waterfalls of Algar are really worth a visit.
Explore the area by using the tram line between Benidorm and Denia (with a stop in Calpe) (www. tramalacant.es). At a bargain rate, you'll traverse the beautiful countryside and can visit the villages or towns located between Benidorm and Denia.
Cycling:
You can hire an electric bike in Calpe and explore the area that way.
The whole region is well known among cycling fans and mainly in winter the training ground for professional cycling teams. Be sure to break your personal record on the Coll de Rates!

Summary: The check in man, called Jose, was very pleasant, thorough and helpful. At one point during my stay, I was locked into the apartment (the exterior doors are key card), so he came along within about 15 minutes (I phoned reception from the apartments phone). He is a huge credit to the apartment complex. The apartment is very practical, and everything has been thought of IE Good sofa, well stocked kitchen, instructions for things, and some nice laminated pages on things to see in the area etc. The pool is fantastic - I liked that it is so long, and I enjoyed sitting under the waterfall. I swam at the local beach three times, and at other places nearby. I spoke with the owner on the phone, Paul, on the first day, as I was having some problems with the automatic lights. He is very friendly, and that was all sorted out. It's a good location for exploring many places along a long stretch of coast (I drove to lots of viewpoints and towns). The apartment, as you can see, has a lovely view of the Med. I highly recommend the apartment.
