Welcome to one of the most scenic settings in the entire Southwest -- Encanto. This luxury nightly rental community is located in Ivins, Utah (a bedroom community of Saint George, Utah). Encanto is a quiet neighborhood, complete with pool, jacuzzi, exercise room, pickle ball and basketball courts.
This gorgeous home, located in the most coveted lot in Encanto, was formerly a Parade Home and has been luxuriously appointed. The home is a 3 bedroom 3 bath house, with an optional Casita (4th bedroom and bathroom). The home has the most stunning floor to ceiling views of Snow Canyon. The main unit houses three bedrooms, all with King-sized beds, a full gourmet kitchen with Wolf appliances, dining room, two sets of washers and dryers, and a one car attached garage. The Casita, with a private entry, has a queen bed, full bath and mini wet bar.
The home features two private outdoor seating areas with a fireplace, grill, and gas firepit overlooking the lava fields and Snow Canyon.
Meticulously cleaned up to the highest standards by professionals, the home sparkles. Luxurious amenities await. Luxury toiletries and locally made soaps, as well as some of the finest coffee are just part of the delights you'll find when you check in. Fiber internet and TV's in each bedroom with cable, and bluetooth connectivity for playing your own tunes will keep you entertained. Fully stocked with top of the line linens and towels to make you feel pampered :)
Bring your bikes, hikes and clubs -- we're at the heart of the action in Southern Utah. Steps from Snow Canyon, across the parkway from the brand new Black Desert Resort and Golf Course, and less than 5 minutes from Tuacahn Amphitheatre. Cool off in the pool or relax in the jacuzzi after an activity filled day. These amenities are located in the clubhouse just steps from our home.

Unlike those giant nightly rental compounds (think tons of screaming kids and teenagers) you see advertised, Encanto is pristine, secluded, small and relaxing.
